Bicycle insurance?

Does anyone have, or know anything about bicycle insurance? I saw on a blog posting that someone pays $2/month for a policy that will completely replace a stolen bike. That sounds like a decent deal to me, but am interested in knowing more.

I think homeowners insurance would cover a bike stolen from a garage but otherwise I don't know of anything. Bike registration and stolen bike registries are ways to improve your chances of recovering a stolen bike; there are some links in the Resources and Links section of this web site.
Also, I know one of the bike lock manufacturers (Kryptonite I think) offered some sort of "insurance" if you purchased one of their high-end locks. Suspect this isn't quite what you're looking for either...
