Garden City bike route

With all the recent interest in the Sarah Howard tragedy, there was an announcement recently that seems to have been missed / forgotten. Garden City Mayor John Evans announced last week that a bike route has been identified and will be developed through Riverside Village. With the completion of this route, it will now be possible to ride between Eagle and Boise without having to deal with State St. The Statesman had an OpEd piece about it in today's paper. I would like to thank Mayor Evans and Councilwoman Elfreda Higgins for their efforts in making this happen.
