year-round cycling holiday float

Watched most of the Holiday Parade downtown (Boise) today. Thought I'd like to have seen a float themed to promote the idea that it's not so hard to cycle year-round. Obviously, happy cyclists would feature prominently in such a float, and it might be less "float"-y than more like the marching bands and Shriners, with individuals marching/riding together, and a banner or something explaining the point. However, I can also picture an actual float, pulled by bikes.

Anyone interested in such a thing for next year? If so, I'll organize.
